At Teen Patti Joy, we respect your money and time. If a card table freezes, your internet disconnects during an important round, or your bank takes longer than usual to confirm a UPI recharge, we have clear and honest refund guidelines in place.
Leaving Before Cards Are Dealt
If you join a table and realize you joined the wrong boot stake, you can tap Leave Table anytime before the round countdown reaches zero:
- 100% Entry Refund: Your entire table entry fee or boot chips are refunded back to your playable wallet immediately.
- No Penalties: No penalty points or commission are deducted as long as no cards have hit the virtual felt.
Network Drops & Phone Calls
Mobile connections can fluctuate unexpectedly. If your data cuts out or someone calls your phone during a turn:
- 30-Second Autoplay Protection: Our server gives you 30 seconds to resume connection. During this time, the system draws from the closed deck and discards automatically so you are not disqualified on turn one.
- Auto-Drop Safeguard: In rummy games, if your connection does not return after 3 consecutive turns, you are safely given an Initial Drop (20 points), preventing you from losing the full 80-point penalty.
- Connection Responsibility: We cannot issue cash refunds for personal signal loss or dead batteries. Please ensure stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G data before joining cash tables.
Unscheduled Server Restarts
In the rare event of a server reboot, database hiccup, or connectivity loss on our end:
- Round Declared Void: The affected match is immediately cancelled and declared null and void.
- Automated Reversal: The system automatically refunds all entry fees to every participating player within 15 minutes.
- Support Verification: If your balance does not update within 15 minutes, email your Game ID and Table number to support@teenpattijoys.in.net and our tech desk will verify server logs and credit your wallet.
Delayed UPI Deposits & 12-Digit UTR Tracking
Sometimes your banking app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) debits your bank account, but your gaming balance does not increase immediately:
- Banking Gateway Delay: UPI networks can occasionally take 5 to 15 minutes to reconcile transfers between banks.
- Automated Refund: If our payment processor cannot confirm the transaction within 24 hours, the NPCI banking network automatically reverses the money back into your bank account.
- Fast Manual Credit: If your recharge is delayed beyond 30 minutes, find the 12-digit UTR number on your UPI payment receipt and send it to support@teenpattijoys.in.net. Our team reconciles payments 24/7.
Cancelling Withdrawal Requests
Want to cancel a pending cashout?
- While Under Review: You can cancel your withdrawal directly from the Cashier screen as long as the status says Under Review. The funds return straight to your game balance immediately.
- Once Processing or Dispatched: Once the bank transfer has been pushed to IMPS or NEFT rails, it cannot be stopped.
